Carriers & delivery

Supported carriers may vary, and message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network. Ace Legacy Services is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control.

Ace Legacy Services provides truck dispatching services under carrier-authorized agency agreements and licensed property freight brokerage services. Dispatching is performed on behalf of carriers, who retain full authority over their equipment and load decisions - we do not force dispatch. The specific scope, fees, and terms of service are set out in the individual agreement you sign with us, which governs our working relationship.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including inaccurate MC/DOT or contact details.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the site or our load board.
• Use the site or services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
