Our dispatch fee is a flat percentage of each load's linehaul - typically in the 4–8% range depending on equipment type and how much of the back office you want us to run. There are no monthly minimums, no sign-up fees, and you only pay on loads you actually haul.

We work week-to-week. There's a simple dispatch service agreement that authorizes us to act on your behalf with brokers, but it has no term commitment and no exit penalty. Carriers stay because the loads are good, not because paper traps them.

Never. Every load is presented to you with the rate, miles, broker, and pickup/delivery windows. You approve or decline - declining never affects what we offer you next.

If your paperwork is complete (MC authority, COI, W-9), most trucks are set up and rolling within 24–48 hours. Same-day first loads happen regularly in strong freight markets.

Yes. A new authority means some brokers won't touch you for 30–90 days, but plenty will. We know which ones, and we'll build your early lane plan around them while your authority ages.

Brokers and shippers pay you (or your factoring company) directly - dispatch fees are invoiced separately. We never sit in the middle of your freight revenue.

Daily. We submit schedules, attach rate cons and PODs in the format your factor wants, and chase any short-pays. If you don't factor, we run standard-terms invoicing and follow up on aging receivables.

Standard broker terms are net-30 from clean paperwork. With factoring you're typically funded within 24 hours of delivery, minus the factor's fee. Quick-pay options (1–3 days, usually 1.5–3% fee) exist with many brokers and we'll flag when one makes sense.

Three things start everything: your MC authority letter, certificate of insurance (with our recommended liability/cargo limits: $1M auto liability, $100k cargo), and a W-9. If you factor, add your notice of assignment. That's a 15-minute email.

The industry standard brokers require is $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo. Reefer carriers should add reefer breakdown coverage; power-only work needs trailer interchange or non-owned trailer coverage, usually $25k–$50k.

Every time. We verify the broker's MC authority status, bond, and credit/days-to-pay before a load is presented to you. A great rate from a broker who won't pay is not a great rate.

We monitor your CSA BASICs monthly, flag trends before they become interventions, and help file DataQ challenges when a violation is wrongly attributed. Prevention-wise, we never book appointments that require running over your hours.

It's a check of a carrier's or broker's federal operating authority: is it active, is the bond current, are there violations or conditional ratings. We run these on every new broker relationship - and shippers run them on you, which is why keeping your record clean is revenue protection.

They're separate desks with a shared standard. The brokerage places shipper freight with vetted carriers at transparent margins; the dispatch desk represents carriers and only ever takes the best load available, whoever the broker is. Neither side is forced to use the other.

Against live lane data, not a rate sheet from last quarter. You'll see a market-informed quote, and for recurring lanes we'll propose contract pricing that smooths out spot volatility.

Active authority, insurance verified to our minimums, safety rating review, and performance history. New-to-us carriers start on tracked, lower-risk freight before we hand them anything critical.

Yes - check-call updates at minimum, and ELD/app-based live tracking on request for time-critical freight. Either way, you have one phone number to call and a human who knows where your load is.
